Check the footer
before you send.
Check an email for the identity, address and unsubscribe elements the law requires.
The method, not the marketing.
Marketing email has to carry a working unsubscribe, a physical postal address, and enough identity for the recipient to know who is actually sending. The requirements differ in detail between GDPR, CAN-SPAM and CASL, but the elements overlap heavily.
This parses your actual HTML rather than asking you a questionnaire, which is what the nearest comparable tool does. It checks for presence — it cannot judge whether your postal address is genuine or whether consent was validly obtained.
If you run several brands, the identity check is the one to look at twice. The entity in the footer must be the one that actually controls the data for that brand, which is frequently not your parent company.
